When will I receive my order?
As our rings are made-to-order, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for us to create yours for you. You'll recieve a dispatch email once your order is on route to you. If you need your order for a specific date, pop us a message and we can see what we can do!
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes absolutely, we love to create custom pieces! If you have something in mind, or would like us to help create something for you, drop us an email via the contact form and we can work with you on this.
Can I order one of your rings with different gemstones?
Yes of course, if it's a colour change you'd like, just pop this in your order notes. If you'd like a specific type of gemstone, email us in advance and we can discuss this with you.
Can I change my order once this has been placed?
We'll always try our best to accommodate any changes, however this can be tricky if production has already started. Reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll advise what's possible.
What metals do you use for your jewellery?
- Our silver pieces are solid recycled sterling silver.
- Our gold plated pieces are solid recycled sterling silver, layered in 3-microns of gold plate.
- Our gold pieces are solid 9ct gold (unless otherwise agreed).
Can I return my order for a refund?
As our pieces are made to order and specifically made for you, we don't offer returns. If you have an issue with your order, please let us know and we can look into this.
My ring's too big / small, can I exchange this?
As our pieces are made to order and specifically made for you, we don't offer exchanges. It's super important to ensure you've ordered the correct size to avoid this. We do offer a resizing service if you need to amend the size of your ring - pop us a message and we can confirm the cost of this depending on the required increase or decrease of size.
How can I find out my ring size?
We recommend either purchasing a ring sizer, or visiting your local jeweller who can help determine this for you.
